About Me

Hello, my name is Dominika and I live in Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic. I´m 33 years old.
For more than three years I lived in the UK and Australia. There I picked up some “street” and “school” English. There I passed my Cambridge exams and later The state exam in the Czech Rep.

Now I live and work in my country.

I´m an English lecturer at language schools, I give English lesson in companies or firms. Twice a week I provide English classes to the public. Moreover, I teach English at a school for children with learning difficulties and behavioural disorders. (Hard work that takes a lot of patience!)

I can speak Czech, English, German and Russian.

In 1996 I passed my Cambridge exams ( First Certificate in English, Certificate in Advanced English and Certificate of Proficiency in English), and in 2001 I past The state exam of English (in the Czech Rep.)

Since then I´ve been giving lessons to children and adults.

For more than 10 years I´ve been spending my time with students of the English language.

I know their weak and strong points.I know the differencies between English and Czech grammar structures. I´m able to explain all the problems and structures in a way that everyone can understand.

I guess I can give interesting lessons, gently motivate students to work hard and provide lessons “tailored to individual needs of each student”.

Every student can be successful.

I´ve been teaching English to Czechs, so why don´t we try it the other way around?…….
