Hi everybody ! I am independant French teacher for foreigners. I taught in few institutes and universites and then I choosed to be independant and to work with high technologies to help many people to learn French.I use a communicative approach on-line, with very good results especially with people who are familiar with internet.My lessons teach not only the french language but the french civilisation too through trailers, songs, grammar exercises, maps, journal articles, short stories (from intermediate level) I focus on pronounciation and corrective phonetics. I teach according to a normalized framwork ( but you will not feel it), but depending on your personality, your age, sex, aims, tastes, The talkative approch is very important because student loose fear to speak and learn little by little how to learn by himself / herself the meaning of a new word. If you want to have an immersion course in France, i can organise it. Ask for more information. When my status is “ready to teach”, it means I am ready to make colloquial nversational lesson with intermediate and advanced students who want to refresh their knowledge and speak. It doesn’t concern beginners of course. My method of teaching which is to build carefully the language is well talor made work. It is not compatible with students who are not really motivated and who cancel the lesson in last minute . Please note that price is calculated on a basis of 25 suiss franc / hour and converted in USD. So it’s normal that the price of lesson it might change a little from month to month. I ask prepayment due to the risk of last minute cancellation.

Can teach cultural differences. (special formation for that). Very interesting for somebody who whant to live in France (you will avoid a lot of misundertandings and save your time, money and nerves).

We had a great lesson today. Christian doesn't spoonfeed me, he expects me to speak and interact, and yet he knows exactly how to build on what I learned previously. I'm having a great time!
Christian is taking time to help my understanding of French pronunciation...it is one of the harder languages (to me) to pronounce correctly, so I appreciate his patience!
I had absolutely no background in French, and he is helping me build my skills very methodically, giving me a lot of chances to talk, and making sure that my pronunciation is good! Christian finds it important for his students not to develop bad habits...he's also very patient and encouraging!
Christian is very methodical in his teaching of English, and reviews each step learned from lesson-to-lesson so that you can build on what you have studied so far. I think his lessons are very suitable for students who prefer a structured learning environment. He also reenforces his lessons with occasional homework.
In my opinion, in his methods Christian is flexible, inovative and friendly. Taking into consideration the needs and interests of the student, he gives his best to accomodate the whole learning process into these frames.
I have taken from him both real and online French lessons. While classical private lesson in my view is undoubtedly the most advanageous and pleasant way, online tutoring with high speed Internet connection and web-cam is also quite an acceptable alternative. Sometimes the online version tends to be even more intense, giving accordingly more increased speed to the whole learning process.
