Hey I’m Alex and I live in London. My hobbies include Languages, Kendo (Japanese Fencing), Rugby, Sailing and Golf.Please get in touch if you’re interested in learning British English, French, Japanese, Latin, Ancient Greek or Spanish! I currently teach beginners or novices in these subjects. I will provide the online worksheets and study materials that you will need initially.Learning a language is great fun and becoming more necessary in an age of global communication. My lessons aim to teach you fundamental conversation, reading and writing skills with correct grammar. I can tailor classes to your needs and pace as well as your hours.French/Japanese/Spanish: Classes will teach you initial grammar and vocabulary as well as practical conversational skills. You will also be introduced to the culture of these societies from the very beginning.Latin / Greek: Learn correct sentence structure and grammar through translation and fun exercises. Be introduced to a world that has been fundamental in the establishment of Western Civilisation. Classes will also teach the history of these societies through language acquisition.Ancient History / Classical Civilisation: Learn about the societies that were fundamental to the establishment of Western Civilisation. Course covers Greek History (namely the events behind the film, the 300), Roman history and Architecture. I am able to tailor classes to your interests.
