Video Help
Step #1 - Right click the video screen
When you enter your session you'll see the video window. If you do not see your picture in the lower right corner of the window, right click (ctrl + click) on the window to bring up the Flash settings menu.
Step #2 - Choose 'Settings...'
From the menu click on 'Settings...' to bring up the 'Adobe Flash Player Settings' menu.
Step #3 - Choose 'Camera' Setting
From the 'Adobe Flash Player Settings' click on the 'Camera' icon.
Step #4 - Choose 'USB Video Class Video'
From the drop-down menu choose the 'USB Video Class Video' option. Click 'Close'.
Step #5 - Begin your Tutoring Session
You should now be able to see both yourself and the other person. Let the tutoring begin!
